Run Time ERROR. - AfikAtashga - 25.08.2013

Hello. i got a linux server.
When i load the mode it's said run time error.
i Update all plugins, it's said:
[04:33:51] Failed (plugins/whirlpool.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied)
(i got 3 plugins, scanff, streamer, whirlpool - all updated)

I know i need to give to them permission 777.
But when i change the the num from 644 to 777 it's always back to 644, why?

HELP Quick please.
