How banning identifies your pc - Mennims - 24.08.2013
How does the ban on SA:MP work? How does it identify it's you apart from your IP and username, can it check you computers mac address? Please I am keen t know for my server, what is SA:MP capable of to prevent ban evading?

No, you cannot do anything else rathen than gpci. Once again, it is NOT unique, so do not ban players for that. However, it's really useful on the part that similar gpci + xxx.xxx of IP is same, then he's 90 percent a ban evader. Administrators can take a look at them about if they really use cheats.

How would I use GPCI? How do you get a persons GPCI? Or can they only get that if you buy or donate from them?
