Me and my friends have made a new RP server and its getting fairly popular in the police. can someone give me some ideas please on some more factions because then we wont be so full in PD

What is your usual playerbase? If it's high try adding SASD or NG

But you could add LSFMD, San News, FBI, ect

Make some more factions. something like Paramedics, and make some gangs possibly with gang turfs around the County that you're using. Some commands like /attack, /turfs (show all the turfs and their owners). The turf colors should correspond with the color of the mafia faction.

Make a frequency system, where friends can go to a channel and speak. E.g. /setfreq 100, everyone on frequency 100 can see whatever that person says on /wt.

Make some more departments, like maybe FBI, Army. But make FBI different like, they should focus more on ram raids inside houses instead of the regular server of arresting them. And the army should focus more on wars that go on around the server a bit like in real life.

Make a helper system, a system with a few helper levels maybe, where people can graduate to admin once they've done good enough with helper. Possibly a /helpme command where members of the community can request help, and then the helpers should have some of the basic commands like /pm, /goto etc.

When the police department is very popular you can make a prison department to increase the prison roleplay.
