I'm buying new PC in december
So i need some help..
I'm probably gonna buy this one

So i'm asking which one is better and can they both run BF3/SR3 on highest settings at 70 fps?
+I'll be doing a lot of programming

PS. They both cost around 600-700 euros
PS.2 I'm also scared about 1 thing,will i pay much more for electricity
I will be using it almost 24/7
+i may overclock it..
