I am looking for a plugin that allows you to have play cops and robbers with your friends so the cop can handcuff you and etc. If anyone could find me one I would be really happy and im a noob at this so a tutorial on how to install i cause i tried once and i only could get some commands to work. Thanks!!

You mean a FilterScript instead of a Plugin, right? The one kvann posted will probably help you.
