Can't connect to putty - Inspiron - 13.08.2013

I can;'t connect to Putty
I open putty.exe, Put the VPS ip
and the box opens and then says Connection Timed Out
It down't shows me " login as:

use this

change ur ssh port and then try coz 22 port
it is being bruteforced
recommend everyone to change their SSH port
