Can't access to CMD console - ServerScripter - 11.08.2013
hello; anytime I click on RUN & type cmd I get this message :

The problem is I can't acess to Microsoft website too , it says page not found it happens only with this website , I heard it can be fixed by typing a command in CMD but I can't access to console as u know xD I'm blocked
