im searching for a Toy Editor a While could anyone help me get it from somewhere...

It comes with the server package, it's named "Attachments", in the filterscript folder.

i think he is searching for the toy system man :-d like /toys /edittoy

These commands already exist in the 'attachments' file. /toys = /attachments (you can change that in the .pwn file) and /edittoys and all of the toy-related commands are in a dialog which appears upon typing /attachments.
