i have this code but as soon as i change Info[playerid][Vip] = 1; to Info[playerid][Vip] = 2; the server glitches...

How so? Just saying "server glitches" doesn't really give us an insight of whats' happening.

actually sorry i fixed it, it was something with the brackets...
