When a user enters the caddy receives a golf club. you can remove this in the next release?

If i'm right, that is a GTA SA issue. But yea would be nice if there was any patch for it.

however, just because you receive a golf club and it would be better to remove it from the beginning instead of going through the server

If this is correct (I have never noticed it), then yes, it should be disabled in the server/client.
The police cruisers normally give you 5 shotgun bullets, an Enforcer gives you 100% body armour, a Paramedic vehicle gives you 100% health, a Taxi gives you some cash, although this is all disabled in SA-MP as well if I'm not mistaken. So why not disable the golf club from the Caddy?

Maybe someone forgot to take it off, or have left for some reason I have no idea
