Problem with adding objects - bustern - 05.08.2013

Hello, my friend tried to add my objects to my gamemode file, but that didnt work, so he created FS and work only RemoveBuildingForPlayer ,but CreateDynamicObject doesnt work.Can you fix this FS to work ?Here is the core.
