Seems there is no mapandreas & whirpool plugin in your plugin floder? have you check?

i have MapAndreas.so and Whirlpool.so

Linux is case-sensitive.
So make sure the caps are where they should be in your server.cfg plugins line

> "MapAndreas.so Whirlpool.so"
