well I was copying a part of a code and suddenly clicked some keys inadvertently CTRL or SHIFT (left) i think and .... look at this

P.S. I read somewhere(curious to know) that it's a Visual Studio IDE feature which is known as the "Selection Rectangle" which works a bit different than that where you have to press control and right-click and use the cursor to increase/decrease the size of the rectangle. However, didn't knew it existed on PAWN or even Visual Studio. Seems to be handy if you want to edit something on both lines or more.
