Can I use gamemode on linux server which is scripted on windows?
Is there any difference between code in windows or linux?

Yes of course. But its the plugins you got to worry about. You need .so plugins instead of .dll plugins.

There's no difference you need the linux version of the plugins which are .so

There's no difference in the code. However, you do want to make sure the plugins you're using are compatible. I know Gamer_Z doesn't make plugins compatible with Linux sometimes (not sure why). If your mode is using any features provided by one of his non-Linux plugins, then obviously you'll either have to remove those features or not use a Linux server. Albeit, the majority of servers don't use non-Linux plugins.
If you find out that your mode can't run on Linux, check out the
list of server hosts and find a provider that uses Windows.

I know that part about plugins, I'm not noob. But long time ago when I tried it, some part of code didn't worked on linux but nowadays it's working. Thank you.

Make sure you download the Linux Repository version of the server files also.

Usually all you need is linux plugins.
