Photoshop UI. - Beaner - 30.07.2013

I see some Photoshop tutorials around based on UI designing, for example lately i saw a Calculator UI,
tutorial, and i was wondering can we convert a Photoshop design into a programmable GUI ? For an application for instance!

Converting using Visual Studio, sure.. other than that, I have no idea, but just ****** and check if it's possible.

Usually the only time I need to use PhotoShop for UI mockups is when I'm designing and programming a Windows 8 Application.

Of course, these applications are programmable in HTML and CSS. It is in fact very easy to convert a photoshop design to HTML. First of all, there are tools in PhotoShop, extensions etc that allow you to convert PSDs and layers to HTML. I do not like using this. I usually start from scratch when converting my UIs to HTML.

I know this post didn't really help much, but here's an example of one of the UIs I have converted to HTML.
