So, well, I've chosen the cheapest 10 hosts ( https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=189169 From here :P )
So people will know what cheapest host from that is the best. So, they can buy them!

Looking at the title it looks you are asking which host is best among these and it should have been 'Which host is better', reading your post it looks like you have given some name of the cheapest host to tell people. What do you wanna do?
Better decide asking or telling.
