There are car shops that only support certain cars is there a way to make a car shop that supports all cars or a /mod command that brings up a menu and you select it and it adds it to the car you're in

It stinks having to drive everywhere to mod vehicles please help

Can someone please help I'm new and I have trouble with dialogs and don't know where to start or how to make them tune cars
