when i connect to any server it says the server did not respond retrying..

the servers(all server) are 0.3x , i have client 0.3x.

the things i already tried are :

disable firewall , reinstalled samp and SA , run samp in other user , i also deleted gta.set. still no improvement.

i would be glad if i could get some help from you guys

Can you view the internet list? There might be a built in firewall in your antivirus software or something blocking SA-MP...

yes i can see the ping and the player name at the right side
