well i seriously hate my country "Pakistan"

why?
because my god-damn country sucks
there is no pay-pal there is no onebip
so We cannot buy any kind of on-line service !

You hate your country because you cant buy stuff (samp servers) online? Then get a damn bank account and transfer that money. If youre too young for that, blame your parents, or accept that youre actually too young to buy stuff or run a server.
Thats obviously not a problem of your country, be happy youre living there, it could be much worse.

because paypal is not supported here!!

So? Any serious internet service or shop will accept bank transfers. Those accepting only paypal for sure arent registered and shouldnt be used at all.
