Best European VPS provider? - wumpyc - 22.07.2013

Hello, my friend is planning on buying a VPS for his server. Currently got 7k lines of script but planning to extend it to cca 20k once it's finished.
The VPS should be powerful enough to handle a MySQL database and the server itself on CentOS 6.. If possible also a little TS3 server
He would need a datacentre located in Europe and is willing to pay max 14Ђ/month.

In the end of each month[this is, if you pay the server every month], you will receive an reminder & invoice in your e-mail, saying that you need to renew the server.
You just need to follow the instructions given[not to many.. most likely an paypal image saying "pay now"]

Never had ANY downtime, 3 VPS's with them so far! Not bad for an Ј8 a year VPS!
