It's kind of illegal to do such thing, but I, myself have found a program that does that.
But I don't think you should though.

DeAmx is the program most people try and use however it can make script very buggy

De-amx'ers don't work because as soon as a script is compiled all human readable information is lost. This includes comments, variable names and function names. Even IF you succeeded to decompile you would end up with a completely unreadable script.

As said above: Don't waste your time. Make frequent backups so you don't have to resort to half working "solutions".

As far as I know, it can be done with reverse engineering.

Although you wouldn't call that an 'instant' method, would you? It would take a hell lot of time, and it isn't a sure shot way, too!

I didn't mention the fact of the time it'll take at all. I know it would take a lot of time and even the reverse engineering isn't studied and known in a single night.
