Whats the huge difference that everyone talks about. I mean, I've looked into VPS's and dedi's, but, how do you set them up ect.

Dedicated server is only for you. Which means ONLY YOUR server is in it. That is a huge advantage. The more server have you have got in your machine the more lag / cpu usage you will have. VPS's have 5 or even more server built in the same machine at the sametime. So if a server over-uses CPU such as using AI it will harm your server too.
