What is "SyntaxMessage"?? i found this on a gamemode:
if(!strlen(tmp)) return SyntaxMessage(playerid, "/makemoneybag [amount]");
but this "syntax" don't have #define

is from a plugin?

It is probably a public/stock function defined in your script somewhere. It doesn't necessarily have to be defined via #define.

It's probably a function that the creator of th GM made. If you can't find the definition in the GM, it's probably in one of the includes.
I guess that this is a function that adds a couple of words to the message and saves time to the writer.
(SyntaxMessage(playerid, text); = SendClientMessage(playerid, color, "SYNTAX:" + text); )
