[URGENT HELP]Rcon error! - Davinchi - 20.07.2013

Hello everyone! I don't no if this is the right section .. ;P but..

Whenever I go on my sa:mp server it works well so I want to make myself admin, I do this via rcon right? So I do /rcon login (MYPASSWORD) but, when I do this I get banned as if I put in the wrong password? I get server closed connection straight after so I go to samp.ban to unban myself and I go back on my server and try rcon again but still it doesn't say I entered the wrong password but I do go on sometimes wrong?

NOTES ;
I'm using U-RP 0.3x English Gamemode I change my rcon password on server.cfg on the host i'm using I changed it on the main control panel too and still its not working! Someone help me please

Change the OnRconLoginAttempt callback, or delete it.
