I want to know how to host samp server, i don't have PayPal, i just have Credit Card and Bank Account, paypal not avalabile in my country pakistan..., If you know "how to host with creditcard or bankaccount" reply here and get rep +1

And "I guess" you can pay verified accounts using paypal without paypal account just your CreditCard, I'm not sure.

I got an idea, you can use OneBip to pay with your phone(But you'll need a recharged line lol).
You can buy from Volt host with phone etc, but Im not sure if you DO want to pay with your phone, but anyway just suggesting
