Objects not showing - Salsa - 19.07.2013

well my map isn't showing all objects from some distance i waste my 11 days on creating this map
it also lags for all players i made that on map editor ( MTA objects properly showing from too far too )

i have all latest plugins and includes ( anybody can help me ) ?
