Just use on foot /save in game
Then Go My Documents -> GTA San Andreas User Files -> SAMP -> savedpositions
Then you will se the points in the file

Make new variables (X,Y,Z), GetPlayerPos, Create a file, write it. simple

Point the N of the minimap to the top..
Go on the bottom left corner of your zone and type /save min
Go on the top right corner of your zone and type /save max
Min = bottom left
Max = top right
and take the right X and Y from your positions
