how do i pawn with notepad++ i try in the tutorial but not work.... i don't have a NppExecute

This section is for SCRIPTING help - you don't need help with PAWN, you need help with an editor. Why don't you reply to the tutorial instead of making an entire new topic?

You need to follow the tutorial more closely, it tells you how to get NppExec. Inside the "plugins" menu, click on "plugin manager" then find NppExec in the list and click on it. Notepad++ will automatically install it for you.
