i need a good website for free i want to creat a website for free and the registered Users come Registered for the site only ( Not Like webs.com or Ucoz.com ) I need the regsitered users only for my website not for all webs.com sites .> and i need it with forum and i cant use 000webhost .. I need eazy Builder Site

You cant have a login system for free.
You need a PHP Coder and a Web Designer for it, And I am sure they wont make you a login script for free.
