SA:MP Nostalgia - Twizted - 15.07.2013

Was browsing through ******* in regards of 'The Fake' and 'Madoshi Everystuff' as nostalgia hit me straight in the heart. Does anyone remember these servers - The Fake, Stunt Universe, Madoshi Everystuff, the old times of Party Server, Novacaine Gangwars, the very first generation of Mini Missions? Who played there?

The gamemodes back then were very basic, with a few mappings included aswell as a few command that would made our day brighter.

Everystuff is still up and is pretty much the same as it always used to be, life was simpler back then. Ah the good ol' days before 0.3a.

I remember old PartyServer (JUSTICE!), old Novocaine, The Fake <3 and original MiniMissions, too bad that all my screenshots got wiped out ;( Yep, it was better times then, RP didn't suck, gamemodes were simple and it was enough for people to have fun and there were much less retards (on the other hand, 20x more crashes, worse sync and dangerous cheaters)

I also remember some old servers such as Awesome Stuntages and the original Mini-Missions. Those were the good times, but ever since 0.3a hit, servers weren't exactly the same as they used to be.

Earliest I remember is playing SA-MP on the majestic twelve's clan server or something before the MTA DM we know today came out. The clan I was playing with went back to MTA Race soon, SA-MP was buggy as hell back then, and my computer lagged a lot on SA-MP

About early 2009 i started playing SA-MP seriously though.

I played on some of those but not regularly. I played on Awesome Stuntages.

Oh! Awesome Stuntages and Andromada Sumo! Andromada used to be full, now it isn't.

Yeah, Andromada Sumo was also one of my favorite servers, but they had a lot of hackers.

Well to be honest I have never been a regular player in that server so I don't know it deeply, but as far as I know drive by used to be unrestricted until someday in 2010, moment in which they completely disabled it for a whole month, and after noticing this was causing many players leave, they re-enabled it but with very horrible secondary effects like getting drunk, having your rear tires popped, losing your db weapons after 3 db kills, etc.
I don't know how this is today though.
