Probably a better navigation bar. It looks fine though.

Better Nav bar... and make the main body look like its ment to be there as it looks like its out of place.

I would add a chatting box, where every registered member chould chat. Apart from that, I'd modify the navigation bar to a whole and make a new banner, as it doesn't really fit the kind of the server you're owner of.

The slideshow is way too small. Also, for the toolbar you don't need to set z-index:9999. You can just set it to 4.

Website has dynamic contents so z-index change automatic in base of what the site have to do. and the slideshow is dynamic so is in dynamic content place

I have to say it looks good, maybe add something more under the ******* video on the right? And I have to agree with linuxthefish regarding the host, I know I haven't got the best connection but it was kind of slow.
