With SetPlayerSkin(playerid,skinid); on OnPlayerSpawn, if you mean that.

omg. i mean the skind mod..
I want to change it to a ped mod, so i dont have to change every clothing part.

You still don't explain - are you talking about single-player or SA-MP? If you're referring to SA-MP, post in Scripting Discussion.
