where is my Chatlog.txt - JAVA_JAZZ - 13.07.2013

so im trying to use a hotkey. and the program asked me for the chatlog.txt and it is not at where its supposed to be.. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME
is it something you enable and disable? please help me
