How do I make textdraws select - Mitchy - 13.07.2013

I know the title is misunderstood, though I want something like this:

I want to make a tutorial from textdraws, though how do you time it and I want a "NEXT" button so that when you select it you move to the next stage, but you need to wait 25 seconds until you can click next
