How to make car dealership for player buy vehicle in RP server ? Looks like Raven's RolePlay GM ? When player buy a vehicle it will be taken to player own car and they use /spawncar to get car .

I suppose there are plenty of tutorials on the forums, or what else you could do is copy the Raven's RP dealership and leave some credits.

It's a released gamemode, you can download it actually. But this is not the only option you can search through the tutorials, I don't think anyone will waste their time to show you how it's done if there are tutorials out there.

No I was have this GM , But I want Car dealership in it , not GM !

Well, I didn't tell you to copy the entire GM, you said you want it like the Raven's dealership I give you the opportunity to get the Raven's dealership. It is released and I don't see whats wrong by not using it.
