Server timer intervals x2? - unSatisfied - 12.07.2013

Ok, the timers in my server seem to have doubled for some reason. I host the 'beta' server on my computer and both have the exact GM, and FS at the moment and the beta server, for example, when i put interval 1000 It'll wait one second then do an action. But, on the main server that is hosted, all the timers are double, for example, 1000 interval will equal 2 seconds on the server...... This is very frustrating for my players and i really need help fixing it as it is no a scripting error.
