Well, you won't get players instantly. Advertising is good way how to let players know about your server, but it will still take few weeks until your playerbase grow.

Good advertising and a well maintained staff team. Making videos about your server's features and posting them in the Screenshots and Videos section also lures players into your server, but not all the time.

Your server name looks boring as hell, that could be the problem. I mean "P-RP [BETA]", come on!
