SAMP Crash on Windows 8 - ASSASSINATION - 10.07.2013

Hallo,

I have installed samp today for the 3rd time, and still gives me the report crash thing. I have already set the compatibility to Windows98/me and run as administrator. It still gives me the crash.
Like I said on the topic, I'm running Windows 8.
Any help please?

Have you verified that you are using the latest drivers for your video card?
