why UltraHD mod keep crashing when i try to play samp?

SA:MP doesn't support modifications; go ask elsewhere.

I said ask ELSEWHERE (meaning somewhere else other than here, on the SA:MP forums), not SOMEWHERE. Learn to read English- it's not hard.

Wow relax kid. SAMP does not support mods AS realcop stated before.
