This isn't hackforums, negative rep doesnt even come up as bold red so overall rep doesnt matter. At least not to me on here, I barely notice it.

Because people who gave it to you haven't enough posts, I think they should be at least Big Clucker to add rep points

The person who repped you needs to have a positive reputation for it to take effect. If you have a negative reputation, you can't affect other reputations.

Because you can't search before posting so you can more -rep and then you can't give out +reps.
