Hello, I am in pakistan, And can pay ONLY THROUGH MOBILE. Onebip doesn't works for Pak. So how can I do this ??

Make your own bank account, or If you are too young, don't open a server.
Paying for host via mobile messages is the stupidest way to do so.

Nope, you can't host/pay (for) server from Pakistan because Paypal and one bip don't work in Pakistan.
Most of the host require Paypal or One bip.
How ever, Volt-Host also accepts payments through Western Union, All you need is an bank account.
