Server Help - CRZYSUN - 05.07.2013

When I got my server I deleted every file that was already inside of it and loaded my own server files I have downloaded off of the internet. The problem is that when I press start server it gets stuck and hangs. It will not start. I have noticed while using the FTP when I put the files originally on it, the ftp will fail transfers samp-server.exe, announce.exe, and samp-npc.exe

I would reinstall it, and only put the files it needs, dont delete what they have.

You might need the linux shit then set the permissions shit so don't delete shit please
