You can place a vehicle visible in requestspawn in selecting the skin?

Go to the coordinates where your requestspawncamera is set and spawn a vehicle in the background?

Try setting the vehicles virtual world to the players virtual world then link the vehicles interior to the players one.

As far as I know vehicles are not streamed if you're not spawned, so no.
