When I join any server ((and I've been playing SA-MP for roughly 3 years -- it's the first time it's happened to me))
No chatbox appears, nor does any box thingy that appears in the middle that you put your logon/password in. I can't even take a screenshots. Please help -- I've even reinstalled SA-MP 0.3x the one's my servers that I play are using. Only the cursor appears, please help

I have no idea about my drivers but I was playing perfectly a couple days ago. F7 doesn't work, but I can /q but I can't see me typing it.. I have no mods please help

Download Razer Game Booster (http://www.razerzone.com/gamebooster) and check if you have the latest drivers.

RAM: 4.00 GB (3.60 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x-64 Based Processor
No pen and touch input available for this system

I honestly don't know much about drivers/internal computer stuff -- I'm more of a networking guy and I really don't want to buy a driver.. I was playing good a few days ago.

You don't buy a driver. Download Game Booster as I told you, install it, open it. Then go on the "Tools" tab and click 'drivers'. It'll show you the list of outdated drivers, download them and install them.
