Giving him 1 out of 10 is ridiculous mate. At-least he tried...

It'll help if you remove the box that's sticking outside, it looks terrible and out of place, the antenna's are also out of place. There's an object for a clear window, also, it's a cube, could do with some diagonal window shaping. Also, maybe somewhat smaller. It looks like a office place, not an ATC tower. Last but not least, add a radar man. There's an object for that..

I'd give you 5/10 for the effort.
