when i trying to conntect to one server so it's type Server didn't respond.
many servers work to me but like P*R-R*P isnt work..
how to fix it?
samp 0.3x.

Dude the server need to be supported for 0.3X, Firt see what version the server is running on. I bet it would be a lower version. So you need to downgrade your samp for the server to work.

im not a newbie on samp or someting , dont think i didint it.
Reinstalled the samp and i have 0.3x.

You sure the server is updated to 0.3X? Not your Client i meant the SERVER!!!

Is your fire-wall not enabling SA:MP to go through it? If not enable SA:MP to do so. You might also want to make sure the required SA:MP ports are opened. I also want to question if your client is up too date. Last thing, you might possible be fired-walled from their server. Contact them and double check.
