Clan System Script - [IND]Crazy - 29.06.2013

Anyone can help me ?
how to make Clan System with automatically tag when he login , and with cmd /createclan [name] [tag] , /inviteclan , /kickmember /deleteclan /claninfo and /c "for clan chat"
example :
before join clan, player name is : Test
And when he joined to clan , player name now : [Ex]Test
but player still login with name "Test" , and tag showing when he login to game ,

please help me
