savedpositions doesnt create - Sellize - 27.06.2013
When i save a position and go to documents > San andreas user files there is no savedpositions

Look in SAMP folder
C:\Users\User\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP

Do you get a particular message ingame? Are you sure they write fine? It might have to do with permissions
Edit: Look here >> C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas

It might be down to your administrator powers on Windows, it could be that the directory is read only or programs you run can't write there. Do screenshots save [F8]?

Could you look in your PUBLIC folder?
"C:\Users\Public\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\"
