Necesito ayuda, no me abre el Samp-server.exe, otra vez - ElAnonymous - 26.06.2013

Esta vez no se que ocurriу, ayer me funcionaba bien y testeaba el mapa, todo bien y tranquilo, pero hoy lo vuelvo a abrir y nada que ver que se abre, en el server_log aparece esto al final:

Y puse 0 en mi GM, pero sigue sin abrir, cual es el problema? aqui mi Server.cfg
