You're using an old script like zGaming | NGRP, etc.
The problem is that you must update every single plugin you have in your script, YSI, sscanf, streamer, etc.
That's a must, I went through this aswell, the bug happens once a player logs in with an ID and then relogs and he has the same ID (because of nobody joining while he relogged).
